Your programmes can be accessed online and are available on your mobile.  Green2Tee Golf Members have full access to all fitness and nutrition plans at no extra cost.

You can purchase any of our fitness and nutrition plans outside of the Green2Tee Golf membership, at a cost of £49.99 each.

Barrier: Lack of Confidence in Being Physically Active

If you have underlying medical conditions, then we highly recommend that you get medical advice before starting any physical training programme.  The next thing is just to get started.  Start off with one of the basic programmes to build up your confidence.  You will be really surprised how much more confidence you will have, once you have followed a programme through.

All of your programmes have been developed by qualified trainers.  So, you can be confident that the sessions are well designed.  We have also provided detailed descriptions and video demonstrations of all of the exercises in your programme.  You can access the videos directly in your workout to make sure you know exactly what you are doing.
