If you are new to Golf and are looking to try out our golf coaching plans, our free beginners plan is a perfect way to have a look at our fitness plans and golf coaching videos.

 

Our free beginners plan includes:

 

  • A Free 12-week home workout plan. Perfect for those who may be new to training or as an addition to their usual training routine. 2 full-body home workouts per week to get the blood pumping!
  • A video that will walk you through the golf equipment and what you will need to have in your golf bag.
  • A Putting lesson to help you select the right putting stroke.
  • A short game lesson showing you the technique of the chip shot.
  • A long game lesson to help you make the adjustment in grip, posture and balance to hit a golf shot when the ball is on an uphill lie.

 

The aim of our golf coaching plans is to help you play your best golf.  We do this by providing you with high-quality instructional golf videos that cover all aspects of the game. 

 

Our beginners plan includes 24 fitness workouts that you can do from home and the golf coaching videos are absolutely free.  All you need is a media device mobile, tablet, laptop or computer and internet connection.
